مِنْ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَالِيًا مِنَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ

 

Ahmed Ali

They (had experienced) under the Pharaoh. He was certainly a tyrant, guilty of excess.
