وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
And do not drive the beggar away,
Nor chide and drive away the petitioner.
And as for the person who seeks (your assistance) do not chide him away.
and him that seeks [thy] help shalt thou never chide, 4
And as to the beggar, chide thou him not.
And do not rebuke the beggar.
Nor the beggar (or petitioner) drive away,
And as for the asker/questioner/beggar , so do not yell at/drive away .
and do not chide away the beggar,
And the favour of thy Lord proclaim.
and do not reject the beggars
Therefor the beggar drive not away,
And as for him who asks, do not chide (him),
And repulse not the beggar;
Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard);
